Please use this application if you are an organization that is requesting funds to support your programs. The purpose of OFRF is to provide education, therapy, and support to first responders (i.e., Ottawa municipal public safety personnel who are employed as dispatchers, paramedics, firefighters, police officers, and support staff) in Ottawa and their families in order to improve the mental health of first responders. You will need to demonstrate how your request meets the purpose of OFRF.
